Rachelle Quitoriano

With an impressive 18-year tenure in Information Technology, Rachelle is the operational heartbeat of our consultancy. While many in IT come from strictly technical backgrounds, Rachelle holds a BA in Humanities, providing her with a unique “human-centric” lens through which she views complex systems. This rare blend of empathy and technical prowess ensures that our information systems aren’t just functional, they are accessible and highly intuitive.

The Organizational Architect

Rachelle is the primary guardian of our internal ecosystem, specializing in the delicate balance between high-level administration and end-user harmony. Her toolkit is as diverse as the species we study:

Atlassian Ecosystem Specialist: A fluent navigator of Jira, Confluence, and the broader Atlassian suite, keeping our projects tracked and our knowledge organized.

Technical Communication: Rachelle excels at translating “developer-speak” into elegant documentation and comprehensive training materials, ensuring no team member is left behind.

System Administration & User Support: From the initial “onboarding” of new staff to the daily maintenance of our digital infrastructure, she ensures the organization runs with the efficiency of a well-oiled clinic.

Life Beyond the Keyboard

In an office full of veterinary experts and pet enthusiasts, Rachelle provides a refreshing, low-maintenance perspective. While she shares her home with her husband, Raymond, she has opted out of the chaos of four-legged companions. Instead, her nurturing instincts are focused entirely on Ben, her solitary, resilient houseplant. Ben represents Rachelle’s commitment to sustainable growth; he is her sole biological responsibility, and under her watchful eye, he remains the most well-documented and supported flora in the building.

When she isn’t ensuring our information systems are running smoothly or providing the calm at the center of a technical storm, Rachelle and Raymond are likely “migrating” to new territories. An avid traveler, she enjoys exploring the globe with her husband, trading the digital interface for international horizons. Much like a well-mapped epidemiological study, Rachelle enjoys the logistics of a good journey, provided she can return to a perfectly synced Jira board and a healthy plant.
