Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza risk tool

Ausvet Europe has provided modelling and data analyses to the European Food Safety Authority culminating in the Bird Flu Radar, which provides a spatiotemporal risk assessment to estimate the probability of HPAI outbreaks in wild birds in Europe. The tool continues to be updated and is available here

Lumpy skin disease incursion modelling

Ausvet was commissioned by the Australian Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry to utilise evidence-based risk models and literature reviews to improve our understanding of the risks of lumpy skin disease (LSD) incursions via non-regulated pathways.
