Erica is a Fellow of the Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA) with expertise in innovation and transformational change. Erica has background in resources, community services and the co-op and mutual sector. Worked in blue-chip organisations such as Rio Tinto, Wesfarmers and RAC WA.

Erica brings her skills in innovation, transformational change, risk, governance and finance, honed over an extensive career as a Director and executive manager.
